How to use: Simply slip the knee pads onto your knees. They are designed to fit snugly but allow free movement. When riding, the pads will stay in place and protect your knees from impacts. Note: Avoid using sharp objects near the pads as they could damage the material. Also, make sure the D3O inserts are properly placed before each use. Maintenance: After each use, wipe the pads with a damp cloth to remove dirt and sweat. Let them air dry completely before storing.
