MTB Stainless Brake Cable and Housing Set

Upgrade your bike with our Shimano - compatible stainless road/MTB brake cable and housing sets. This set includes 1 x 2000mm black 5mm housing, providing reliable protection. There are also 1 x 1000mm and 1 x 2050mm 1.6mm stainless cables for smooth braking performance. Plus, we've included 2 end caps and 2 cable crimps to complete the setup.

Using this brake cable and housing set is easy. First, remove the old cable and housing from your bike. Then, thread the new 1.6mm stainless cables through the 5mm housing. Attach the end caps to the housing ends and use the cable crimps to secure the cables. Make sure the installation is tight and there are no loose parts. When riding, check the brakes regularly to ensure they're working properly. For maintenance, keep the cables and housing clean. You can use a mild cleaner and a soft cloth to wipe them down. Avoid getting the cables wet for long periods as it may cause rusting. If you notice any signs of wear, replace the set promptly.
