This is a unique, limited-run model that won't be restocked. Hurry and grab yours before they're all gone! Developed in collaboration with Matt Fultz, the Villain is an exciting take on the Drone 2. With a redesigned midsole, a new last, and a higher tension point on the heel, this shoe is a real all-rounder for climbers. Key features of the Villain include: a polycarbonate half midsole that boosts the shoe's smearing ability; a new, moderately aggressive last that makes the shoe less downturned, helping climbers flex and bend their feet more easily; a redesigned heel that fits larger heels better; and a higher tension point at the back of the shoe that locks the heel securely for aggressive heel hooks. Sizing advice: If you wear the Drone 2, go for the same size. Otherwise, choose your street shoe size for comfort or half a size down for better performance.

Using your Mad Rock Villain HV Climbing Shoes is a breeze. Just put them on like you would any regular shoe. When climbing, take advantage of the shoe's great smearing ability thanks to the polycarbonate half midsole. The less downturned design allows for easy foot flexing and bending. For heel hooks, the higher tension point on the back of the shoe will keep your heel locked in place. When it comes to sizing, follow the advice we gave - if you have Drone 2 shoes, stick with the same size. If not, think about whether you want comfort or performance. As for maintenance, after each climb, clean the shoes gently with a soft brush to remove dirt and debris. Let them air - dry naturally, away from direct heat sources. Avoid storing them in damp places to prevent mold growth. This will keep your shoes in top - notch condition for many climbing adventures to come.
