Using this sleeping pad is easy. Just find a flat spot on the ground where you want to sleep. Unroll the pad and it'll start to inflate on its own thanks to the air - spring cells. If you want it a bit firmer, you can give it a few extra puffs of air through the valve. When it's time to pack up, open the valve and roll it up tightly. Make sure to get all the air out. As for maintenance, keep it away from sharp objects to avoid punctures. If it gets dirty, you can wipe it down with a damp cloth. Store it in a dry place when not in use to keep it in good shape.
