Using this MSR snow saw is easy. First, unlock the lock - pin if it's in the packed state. Then, extend the saw to its full length and lock the pin to make it rigid. When cutting snow or ice, use long, smooth strokes. The bidirectional teeth will do most of the work for you. For building snow shelters or cutting snow blocks, take advantage of the 65 cm cutting path. When you're done, unlock the pin and pack it up. It's compact and easy to carry.
