Using your Turbo Wing System with Xenon Dual Cages is easy. First, take out the mounting hardware and follow the instructions to attach the Turbo Wing Aluminum Alloy carrier to your saddle. Make sure to adjust it to one of the 3 available carrier positions to find the most comfortable and stable setup for you. Then, attach the 2 XENON cages to the carrier at your preferred angle from the 5 options. Slide your water bottles into the cages.
