How to use: For the drink mixes, simply pour the powder into the 500ml Maurten water bottle and fill it with water. Shake well until the powder is completely dissolved. It's a good idea to have a sip of water after eating the gel to help with digestion. Note: Keep the products in a cool and dry place. Avoid exposing them to direct sunlight. Do not consume if the package is damaged. Maintenance: There's no special maintenance needed for the drink mixes and gels. For the water bottle, wash it with mild soap and water after each use. The drawstring bag can be wiped clean with a damp cloth if it gets dirty.
