These poles measure 66 cm when closed, extend from a minimum of 110 cm up to a maximum of 135 cm, and weigh just 240g. They come with a pair of 85 - mm top baskets.
Using these walking poles is a breeze. When you first get them, make sure the poles are fully extended or adjusted to your preferred length using the Wing Lock system. For uneven ground or different heights, you can use the short extension on the Palmo grip without having to change the pole length. Attach the top baskets for better stability on soft ground. When you're done using the poles, collapse them to the 66 - cm closed length for easy storage. To keep them in good shape, wipe them down after each use, especially if they've been in wet or dirty conditions. Avoid hitting the poles against hard surfaces as this could damage the materials. If the baskets get worn out, you can quickly replace them using the Tip - Top system.
