POCKETREK is a lightweight walking pole, sold individually. It's crafted from AluTech 7075 in three sections (ø 16 - 14 - 12 mm). The pole comes with a Pocket T grip made of polyethylene and a polypropylene strap with a buckle for easy adjustment. The BS expansion system, made with DuPont® plastics, ensures long - lasting performance in both high and low temperatures. The new Tip - Top support system with a carbide tip is perfect for attaching an additional ø 85 mm basket (an extra accessory). With a ø 35 mm base, it provides a great grip on most terrains. When closed, it measures 49 cm, and it can extend from a minimum of 75 cm up to a maximum of 100 cm. It weighs only 168g and comes with a trekking pad. Please note that stock levels vary, and the handle may have either a blue or red stripe below it.
Using this walking pole is easy. First, adjust the length according to your needs by using the buckle on the polypropylene strap. You can extend it from 75 cm to 100 cm. When you're done, close it down to 49 cm for easy storage. If you're walking on soft ground, you can attach the additional ø 85 mm basket to the carbide tip. As for maintenance, keep it clean after each use. Wipe it down with a dry cloth. Since the BS expansion system uses DuPont® plastics, it can handle different temperatures well, but try to avoid leaving it in extreme conditions for a long time. Also, be aware that the stock varies, and the handle might have either a blue or red stripe below it.
