Using these Lhasa AS hiking poles is easy. First, adjust the poles to your preferred length between 90 cm and 125 cm with the Speed Lock+ system. Make sure it's locked securely. When you're walking, hold the poles by the EVOCON trekking grip and use the adjustable PA Safety loop to keep them in place. On uphill climbs, use the poles to help you push forward. On downhill walks, the rounded support surface of the grip will make it more comfortable. Remember, the Antishock feature helps reduce the impact on your body, so use it to your advantage. As for maintenance, keep the poles clean after each use. Wipe them down with a dry cloth. Check the locking mechanism regularly to ensure it's working properly. Store them in a dry place when not in use to prevent the aluminum tubes from getting damaged.
